Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Senior Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of our Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and affiliate network across Czechia and Slovakia. The role will drive partnership acquisition, nurture relationships, and collaborate with product teams to align market insights with our crypto trading platform.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates, VIP traders, crypto communities and influencers.
• Design and execute campaigns that increase trading volume, user acquisition and active transactions through affiliate channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and aligning strategies for mutual growth.
• Lead meetings with partners to explore new cooperation opportunities locally and internationally.
• Provide market feedback to the product team to help optimise offerings for qualified users.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to refine partnership strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English and Czech.
• Proven experience in affiliate development within crypto, finance or trading, preferably in Czechia and Slovakia.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
