Senior Analyst – Supply Chain Management (SME COE)

About the role

This position is a critical part of the AMER Supply Chain Management organization, driving strategic change, cost reduction and growth of shared services across all business divisions. The Senior Analyst will lead end‑to‑end SCM processes, standardisation and system optimisation while collaborating with other SCM centres and regional process owners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mapping of SCM activities, including standardisation, system implementations and optimisation.
• Investigate, design and deliver SCM solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects, partnering with multiple AMER functions.
• Provide project and change‑management leadership, continuous‑improvement expertise and technical system support.
• Prepare documentation and knowledge‑sharing plans, including training materials, and report directly to the SCM SME Leader.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in materials, operations or supply‑chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
