Senior Analyst Analytics Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to design and execute analytical solutions that enable segmentation, measurement and optimisation of campaigns for the Caribbean market, turning data into actionable decisions that maximise commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Design advanced customer segmentations based on data, behaviour and business objectives, implementing variables, business rules and analytic logic to enable campaign execution.
• Document definitions, assumptions, methodologies and analytic logic in a structured way to ensure traceability, consistency and scalability.
• Design and implement A/B tests and testing frameworks to measure results, generate learning and support evidence‑based decision making.
• Perform post‑campaign performance analysis, identify key findings and provide analytical recommendations for continuous portfolio improvement.
• Monitor the quality of analytical inputs used in campaigns, raising data, measurement or design risks promptly.
• Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and related teams to obtain required data for campaign analytics.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s risk appetite, operational, AML and conduct standards in daily activities.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in analytics, customer segmentation or data‑driven commercial activation.
• Proven experience designing segmentations, building targeting models, measuring campaigns and conducting post‑campaign analysis.
• Strong knowledge of advanced SQL and data modelling applied to segmentation and targeting.
• Experience designing A/B tests, statistical analysis and documenting analytic logic.
• Ability to work with AI tools to enhance analytical solutions.
• Detail‑oriented with strong technical rigor and collaborative mindset.
