Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting and Operations

About the role

The Senior Accountant will support InvestorFlow’s global accounting and financial reporting function from the Dominican Republic. Reporting to the US‑based CFO and working closely with the Controller, the role focuses on multi‑entity consolidation, monthly GAAP reporting, budgeting of non‑personnel expenses, and SaaS subscription oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee monthly interface of UK and Dominican Republic ledgers into NetSuite, reconcile trial balances and resolve consolidation differences.
• Prepare monthly consolidated GAAP financial statements, management reports, and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Maintain a rolling 12‑month cash forecast with base, pipeline and upside scenarios, updating assumptions and analyzing liquidity risks.
• Assist with annual budgeting for non‑personnel operating expenses and produce monthly budget‑to‑actual variance reports.
• Manage a centralized inventory of SaaS subscriptions, monitor renewals, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of accounting, financial reporting or related experience, preferably with U.S. GAAP.
• Strong analytical ability, independent work ethic and excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with multi‑entity accounting, month‑end close and consolidation processes.

• Advanced Excel (large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables).
