Security Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Security Operations Specialist to provide continuous in‑house coverage of CCTV monitoring, access‑control and badge lifecycle management, ensuring a secure and compliant workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds in real time, detect anomalies, log events and escalate according to SOPs.
• Administer access‑control system: issue, modify, deactivate badges and handle exceptions.
• Perform incident triage, gather evidence, complete logs and forward to the Security Leader.
• Conduct routine health checks on CCTV cameras, NVRs and access devices; report faults to MEP/IT or vendors.
• Maintain daily logs, incident records, badge audit trails and evidence retention per governance standards.
• Coordinate with guarding vendor on post orders, escorts and incident follow‑through.
• Support investigations by exporting CCTV footage and access reports and preparing audit documentation.
• Participate in awareness campaigns, drills, emergency exercises and continuous‑improvement activities.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in security operations or a related role.
• Strong situational awareness and real‑time decision‑making ability.
• Excellent documentation and log‑keeping discipline.
• High integrity when handling sensitive evidence and credentials.
• Customer‑service mindset for badge/access exceptions.
• Ability to follow escalation paths and SOPs.
• Good coordination with front‑desk and guarding vendor teams.
• English proficiency (B2 level) preferred for documentation and system use.
