Sales Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Technician to drive consultative sales of our industrial products in Punta Cana. The role combines technical knowledge with proactive customer engagement to grow existing accounts and capture new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential customers through prospecting activities.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and track commercial KPIs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure compliance with commercial agreements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Diagnose client problems and propose effective solutions.
• Track product profitability and meet revenue targets.

Required profile

• Degree in Chemical, Industrial or Administrative Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales‑technical role.
• Strong focus on consultative selling and ability to work independently.

• Competitive salary ranging from 91,000 to 120,000 DOP per month.
• Performance bonus up to 40% of base salary.
• Car allowance of 400 USD per month.
• Fuel allowance of 300 USD per month.
