Sales Specialist - Business Funding

About the role

Cashera is a fast-growing fintech company that helps small and medium-sized businesses access funding through technology, customer service and flexible options. It is looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to connect business owners with financing solutions. The Sales Representative manages the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to funding and relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Build relationships with small business owners to understand their financing needs.
• Educate clients on Cashera's funding products and financing solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through funding.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Present financing offers and guide clients through the approval process.
• Negotiate terms and address customer questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly funding and revenue goals.

Required profile

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant cash advance (MCA), business lending, financial services or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting virtual meetings.
• Self-motivated, competitive and goal-oriented.
