Sales Representative – IVD (Dominican Republic)

About the role

Mindray is seeking an energetic Sales Representative to drive the growth of its In‑Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) portfolio in the Dominican Republic. You will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors and end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company sales policies and strategies, create personal sales forecasts and plans, and track order fulfillment and payment collection.
• Collaborate with business assistants to ensure smooth sales processes and timely execution of tasks.
• Develop new market opportunities, analyse market conditions, monitor competitors, and forecast sales prospects in the assigned territory.
• Participate in project bidding, contract reviews, and trial sales of new products to accelerate market maturity.
• Maintain and grow a robust distributor network, handle customer complaints, and organise public‑relations activities to influence decision‑making.
• Provide feedback to R&D based on sales performance and assist customer service in resolving issues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of medical device or IVD sales processes.
• Ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.
• Proactive approach to market analysis and competitor monitoring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
