Sales Representative – Home Improvement

About the role

Velaz Group is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Sales Representative to join its home‑improvement team in Don Bosco. You will work directly with prospective and existing homeowners, presenting tailored solutions for solar, roofing, water treatment, siding, and window replacement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and schedule in‑person consultations with homeowners.
• Conduct needs assessments, present product options, pricing, and financing.
• Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals to close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update sales activity.
• Collaborate with installation and customer‑service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Represent Velaz Group professionally and work toward individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active‑listening skills.
• Comfortable using basic technology tools, including CRM systems and productivity software.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting sales goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional business or marketing education is a plus.
• Reliable transportation for local appointments and flexibility to work evenings or weekends.
