Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales & Marketing Representative to join our professional team in Santo Domingo. The role focuses on building relationships, generating new business, and achieving measurable sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via inbound and outbound calls and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify sales opportunities, convert leads into active clients, and promote professional services with confidence.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and ensure accurate records of interactions.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service during the entire sales process.
• Support basic marketing activities such as lead organization and campaign tracking when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, collections, customer service or call‑center operations.
• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, energetic and goal‑driven personality.
• Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment and on‑site in Santo Domingo.
• Basic computer, CRM and administrative skills.
