Sales Manager

About the role

As a Sales Manager at Bolt, you will drive B2B sales growth by building strong relationships with key decision‑makers in large national chains and restaurant groups. You will use solution‑selling techniques to uncover unmet needs, shape proposals and close high‑value deals while contributing to the evolution of our sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full outbound sales cycle for complex leads, from research and initial contact to on‑site visits and contract signing with restaurant chains.
• Apply advanced selling methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN and SNAP to identify opportunities and craft tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute business development plans for each prospect, including outreach schedules and meeting roadmaps.
• Prepare compelling proposals and present them to C‑suite executives.
• Negotiate sophisticated deal terms for high‑revenue agreements.
• Support the Team Lead in fostering a culture of excellence, mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding new hires.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven success in B2B sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Demonstrated experience in cold outreach and complex negotiations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence decision‑makers across large organisations.
• Track record of developing and executing strategic sales plans.
