Sales Executive – Field Operations

About the role

As a Sales Executive – Field Operations you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding market share for key retail accounts across the Dominican Republic. Reporting to the Customer Development Manager, you will manage relationships with store‑level buyers and coordinate field service providers to ensure flawless execution of Colgate’s 7P strategy at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead store‑level implementation of the 7P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) and guide field service providers to optimise sell‑out performance.
• Conduct FADE analyses to identify market trends and provide actionable inventory and sales insights.
• Monitor store inventories, address out‑of‑stock situations and collaborate with merchandiser supervisors and buyers to secure additional orders.
• Negotiate shelf space, secondary placements and high‑impact visibility solutions to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Facilitate regular performance reviews with store managers, presenting product rotation data and commercial opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a commercial or sales‑focused role.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
