Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is an outsourcing company offering operational support and scalable service solutions to its clients. As a Sales Development Representative, you will create new business conversations and open doors with prospective clients, helping to grow the company's sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their staffing and outsourcing needs.
• Present the company's outsourcing solutions in a professional, consultative way.
• Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Schedule and run discovery calls and sales meetings, prepare proposals and follow up to close deals.
• Maintain client information, sales activities and opportunities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals, and share market feedback with management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, client acquisition or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicating with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and driven by sales targets.
• C1 English proficiency (near-native fluency with minimal accent).

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
