Sales Development Representative (Remote LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team serving the LATAM and Caribbean markets. You will focus on generating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification, helping our clients build a strong pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn to engage potential clients.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers and align prospects with the ideal customer profile.
• Qualify leads using BANT criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) and schedule discovery meetings.
• Maintain accurate interaction records in the CRM and track performance metrics such as calls, emails, meetings booked and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses and market trends to improve outreach approaches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales development, prospecting or a customer‑facing role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in professional English (C1/C2 level).
• Goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
