Sales Development Representative I (Remote)

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative I you will be one of the first points of contact between Innovative Tax Relief and potential clients. You will engage leads, ask discovery questions and identify prospects who may qualify for our tax‑relief services. The role is high‑volume, performance‑driven and requires resilience, ownership and strong communication.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct approximately 500 outbound calls per day to connect with leads and generate interest in our services.
• Ask effective discovery questions and identify qualified prospects.
• Clearly communicate the purpose of each call and outline next steps.
• Accurately document call outcomes and lead information in our CRM system.
• Meet activity, performance, and quality targets while following established processes.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and conversion rates.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
• Fast and accurate typing.
• Proactive, coachable, and accountable.
• Resilient and comfortable working toward measurable goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with dialer software.
• Comfort using various digital tools.
• Fast typing ability.
