Sales Development Representative I (Remote)

About the role

As a Remote Sales Development Representative I, you will be the first voice new leads hear. Working entirely from a remote setting, you will engage prospects over the phone, qualify them, and set the stage for further sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to connect with leads and generate interest in our services.
• Ask targeted discovery questions to quickly identify qualified prospects.
• Clearly explain the purpose of each call and outline next steps.
• Document call outcomes accurately in our lead management platform.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve call quality and conversion rates.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance the experience for both leads and the team.

Required profile

• Experience in sales environments.
• Strong, friendly phone presence with excellent verbal communication.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Fast and precise typing for note‑taking.
• Comfortable using lead management systems and call software.
• Confident, proactive, eager to learn, with a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Ability to follow a structured schedule, including potential weekend or holiday shifts.
