Revit Modeler / Drafter – BIM Modeling & Drafting

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Revit Modeler/Drafter to support architectural and construction projects. The successful candidate will translate drawings, mark‑ups and project requirements into accurate 2D and 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, while delivering construction documentation on time.

Key responsibilities

• Create, modify and maintain 2D and 3D models in Autodesk Revit.
• Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details and construction documents.
• Interpret project specifications, drawings and mark‑ups and convert them into Revit models.
• Update existing models based on client feedback and project changes.
• Ensure models and drawings comply with project standards and deadlines.
• Organize Revit files, views, sheets, families and project documentation.
• Identify and communicate potential discrepancies in drawings or models.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers and other team members.
• Perform quality checks to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Revit modeling and drafting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.
