Revenue Manager – Pre‑opening Luxury Resort

About the role

Join the Hyatt Inclusive Collection team as a Revenue Manager for the pre‑opening of Zoëtry Marina Cap Cana, a boutique luxury resort with 115 suites in the Dominican Republic. You will shape the commercial strategy from day one, driving revenue, occupancy, and profitability for one of the most anticipated openings in the Caribbean.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue management strategy to maximize ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and total revenue.
• Analyze market trends, demand patterns, guest behavior, and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities.
• Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution channel strategies across all platforms.
• Produce accurate occupancy and revenue forecasts to support executive decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Finance teams to align commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance indicators and present strategic recommendations to improve profitability.
• Ensure effective use of Hyatt’s revenue management tools and systems.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience as a Revenue Manager in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Prior involvement in pre‑opening projects is a strong advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical mindset, results‑oriented, and strategic vision.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
• Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Expertise in channel management tools.
