Resilience Manager

About the role

The Resilience Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for information security and cyber‑resilience initiatives across the organization. This role ensures compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act, TISAX, GDPR, NIS2 and other regulatory frameworks while driving awareness and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of Cyber Resilience Act requirements and lead organization‑wide awareness activities.
• Act as Local Information Security Officer (LISO) and ensure TISAX compliance, including implementation, maintenance and employee training.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) in line with MHG requirements.
• Support the Risk Management System and act as the main contact for Data Protection (GDPR) topics across departments.
• Coordinate crisis‑management activities and ensure compliance with NIS2 reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare, coordinate and evaluate internal and external audits, and support corrective‑action implementation.
• Drive employee training on resilience, compliance, information security, business continuity and data protection.
• Maintain relevant compliance platforms (e.g., Alyne) and report regularly to the Head of Resilience.
