About the role

The Sales and Services Representative (RC) is responsible for delivering fast, efficient, and courteous service to customers who open or maintain consumer loans. The role includes handling complaints, supporting document custody, and greeting visitors at the branch according to established service protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Banco Popular consumer loans and alternative distribution channels (Telebanking, Internet Banking, Electronic Payments).
• Open new consumer loans, explain their comparative advantages, and highlight promotional campaigns.
• Maintain and update the customer database with all required information at the time of loan opening.
• Ensure sales closure, follow‑up on pending disbursements, and forward documents to the designated unit.
• Provide excellent customer service by adhering to service quality standards and handling complaints or escalations.
• Comply with physical security and inventory procedures for the branch area.
• Process credit requests, track their progress, and communicate results to customers.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to achieve sales and service objectives.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Familiarity with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a courteous attitude toward customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using the Windows operating system.
