About the role

The Direct Sales Representative for the North region will execute a door‑to‑door sales strategy for a full portfolio of telecommunications products, including fixed line, data, TV, mobile and portability services. The role focuses on prospecting, visiting potential customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct door‑to‑door sales and negotiate contracts with prospective customers.
• Prospect, qualify and follow up leads in the assigned territory.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate telecom products and services.
• Provide a memorable customer experience and ensure service quality.
• Use assigned tools and resources efficiently to meet sales targets and contribute to business profitability.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or university student.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably door‑to‑door.
• Strong commercial orientation, result‑driven and comfortable working in the field.
• Willingness to travel outside the city and maintain mobility.
