Remote Sales Development Representative I

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative I (SDR I), you will be one of the first points of contact between Innovative Tax Relief and potential clients. You will connect with leads, ask discovery questions and identify prospects who may qualify for our tax resolution services.

Key responsibilities

• Make roughly 500 outbound calls daily to engage leads and generate interest in ITR’s services.
• Ask effective discovery questions to qualify prospects and clearly communicate the call purpose and next steps.
• Document call outcomes and lead information accurately in the CRM system.
• Meet established activity, performance and quality targets while following company processes.
• Collaborate with the team to improve call quality and conversion rates, taking ownership of assigned leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
• Fast and accurate typing, comfortable using CRMs, dialers and other digital tools.
• Proactive, coachable, accountable and resilient with a focus on measurable goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and call outcomes.
• Experience using automated dialer systems for high‑volume outbound calling.
