Remote Multilingual Sales Representative

About the role

Solturo Solutions is looking for a motivated Remote Multilingual Sales Representative to support its U.S. partner. You will handle inbound and outbound sales calls in English and an additional language, building strong relationships with families and healthcare clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls in English and a second language.
• Develop and maintain relationships with U.S. families and healthcare clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate, and close sales deals.
• Keep CRM data (HubSpot or Salesforce) accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure excellent service.
• Contribute ideas and adapt to a fast‑growing, multicultural environment.

Required profile

• Fluency in English plus one additional language.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B or B2C sales experience, preferably in international or multilingual settings.
• Comfortable working the 08:15 am – 04:15 pm EST shift.
• Strong communication, proactive attitude, highly organized and goal‑oriented.
• Experience in healthcare or U.S. markets is a plus.
• Reliable internet connection, professional headset, and suitable remote‑work device.
