Remote IT Recruiter

About the role

BairesDev is looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to analyze and leverage its pool of pre‑vetted candidates, ensuring timely staffing of ongoing IT projects. The recruiter will act as a bridge between Client Services, Sales, and the Talent Acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and fill open IT positions, selecting candidates and meeting deadlines.
• Review, filter, and prioritize candidates in the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Write candidate summaries and edit resumes to present talent effectively.
• Manage end‑to‑end vetting processes from the client side.
• Communicate regularly with Clients, Client Services, and Sales teams.
• Support time‑to‑market and revenue optimization goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT recruiting and technical talent acquisition.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented, and process‑driven mindset.
• Team‑first attitude and strong collaboration skills.
