Remote Data Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Remote Data Analyst to lead the design and delivery of Talent Acquisition reporting and visualization solutions. You will ensure data integrity, partner with stakeholders, and help drive strategic business decisions through insightful analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI or Tableau.
• Transform recruitment and operational data into comprehensive reporting solutions and Power BI dashboards.
• Perform deep‑dive analysis, apply advanced statistical methods, and forecast performance for executive leadership.
• Establish data‑integrity protocols and collaborate with IT/Data Engineering to enforce data quality standards.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert for Talent Acquisition analytics, translating business requirements into data solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from warehouses and transactional systems.
• Identify and automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

Required profile

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Data Analysis or Data Science.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in HR/Talent Analytics, building end‑to‑end data solutions for recruiting pipelines.
• Familiarity with HRIS/ATS data models such as TargetRecruit, iCIMS, or Workday.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey technical findings to non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced SQL writing for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Advanced Excel for complex data modeling and analysis.
