Relationship Manager (Temporal)

About the role

We are looking for a Relationship Manager (Temporary) to develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with affluent and corporate clients within the Centro Financiero Crecer ecosystem. The role involves delivering a comprehensive financial diagnosis, providing tailored advisory, and coordinating specialized solutions together with strategic partners to maximize client wellbeing and generate value for the ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with affluent and corporate clients.
• Conduct comprehensive financial diagnoses and offer personalized advisory.
• Coordinate specialized solutions with internal areas and strategic allies.
• Manage referrals and implement cross‑selling strategies.
• Maintain client pipeline and opportunities using CRM tools (Dynamics, Salesforce or equivalents).
• Monitor performance metrics and report on client portfolio health.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks applicable to AFP, insurance, and financial products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, financial advisory, banking, insurance, investments or business development.
• Knowledge of regulations governing AFP, insurance and financial products.
• Proven ability to manage referrals and drive cross‑selling initiatives.
• Effective communication, teamwork, time‑management and results‑orientation.
