Relationship Manager

About the role

The Relationship Manager will develop and strengthen long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth and corporate clients within the Centro Financiero Crecer ecosystem. The role involves comprehensive financial diagnosis, advisory services, and coordination of specialized solutions with internal areas and strategic partners to maximize client financial wellbeing and ecosystem value.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct holistic financial assessments for affluent and business clients.
• Provide tailored financial advice and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with internal departments and strategic allies to design and deliver specialized solutions.
• Manage client referrals and implement cross‑selling strategies.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
• Monitor regulatory requirements related to pensions, insurance, and financial products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, International Business or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in client relationship management, financial advisory, banking, insurance, investments, or business development.
• Strong understanding of regulations applicable to pension funds, insurance, and financial products.
• Effective communication, teamwork, time‑management and results‑orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite.
• Knowledge of Power BI for reporting and analytics.
