Regional Sales Manager – Remote (Dominican Republic)

About the role

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive new business and grow existing enterprise accounts in the Dominican Republic. You will act as the company’s ambassador, positioning its AI‑native cybersecurity platform as the preferred solution for large organizations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline to meet and exceed individual sales quota.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, creating detailed account plans and engagement strategies.
• Network with executive‑level stakeholders, influencing C‑level decision makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and lead virtual groups to close opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor, articulating CrowdStrike’s value proposition and delivering compelling sales proposals.
• Accurately forecast opportunities and track business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven track record selling high‑technology products to large enterprises (FTSE 250 or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 + years of quota‑driven enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT security.
• Strong ability to network at multiple levels up to C‑level and influence key decision makers.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; fluent in English.
• Experience closing deals ranging from $150k to $1 million.
• Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Miller‑Heiman, TAS).
• Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision‑making and workflow efficiency.
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
