About the role

The clinic is seeking a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to join its front‑desk team in the Gazcue district of Santo Domingo. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, and supporting administrative tasks in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and guide patients as they arrive at the clinic.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust medical appointments.
• Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, providing accurate information.
• Enter and update patient data in the clinic’s information system.
• Process insurance authorizations, verify ARS coverage, and handle related documentation.
• Assist with billing, invoicing, and collection procedures.
• Maintain a tidy and professional reception area.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachiller) or currently enrolled university student.
• Previous experience in medical reception, clinics, or related health‑care settings.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and clear diction.
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of RD$30,000.
• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm, Saturday 8 am‑12 pm.
