React Frontend Tech Lead – Remote

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a natural leader with extensive React experience to guide a high‑performing, globally distributed development team. As the React Frontend Tech Lead you will ensure technical excellence while driving innovation across client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build a reusable framework that enables developers to create reactive dashboards, including optional mobile versions.
• Coach, mentor, and support other React developers to raise the overall skill level of the team.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate large‑scale applications and ensure seamless end‑to‑end delivery.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional experience with React.
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies and software design patterns.
• Strong background in IT infrastructure, security, and large‑scale application integration.
• Proven experience in backend development, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline management.
• Excellent client‑facing skills, including requirements analysis, technology evaluation, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, assign tasks, assess risks, make decisions, estimate work, resolve conflicts, and plan releases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
