Quality Engineer (Systems)

About the role

PCS Wireless is seeking a Systems Quality Engineer to lead and improve its quality management systems across a global device‑resale operation. The role ensures compliance with internal standards, customer requirements and relevant regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO, R2V3 and other applicable standards.
• Plan, coordinate and lead internal and external audits, preparing documentation and driving corrective actions.
• Identify compliance risks, propose mitigation strategies and ensure timely closure of audit findings and quality events.
• Control quality records, manage document retention and support change, risk and CAPA processes.
• Collaborate with product development, operations and legal teams to guarantee global regulatory compliance.
• Represent the organization during regulatory inspections and customer audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in process quality engineering within a manufacturing environment.
