About the role
The Quality Engineer – I (Operations) supports B. Braun Dominican Republic by monitoring product quality and ensuring that data trends and analyses follow company procedures. The role focuses on timely initiation and execution of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address adverse quality trends.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor product quality and verify that data trending and analysis are performed according to established procedures.
- Initiate CAPA investigations promptly when adverse quality trends are identified.
- Ensure CAPA plans are executed on schedule and that mitigation actions are effective.
- Escalate significant product quality issues to management as required.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred).
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a quality‑related role.
