About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to lead operational audits, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements across the organization. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a global team of top tech talent.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive operational audits to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement structured auditing frameworks, including detailed scorecards and evaluation metrics.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify process bottlenecks and areas for strategic improvement.
• Generate precise documentation and reports detailing audit findings, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and process integrity.
• Oversee the implementation of compliance‑driven initiatives to mitigate operational risks across departments.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in quality assurance or operational auditing.
• Proven expertise in applying auditing methodologies and structured documentation practices.
• Hands‑on experience developing and monitoring scorecards and KPIs.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on compliance and process improvement.
• Strong background in operational auditing within TA Ops or similar compliance‑focused environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
