QA Engineer – Environmental Control

About the role

Jabil is seeking a QA Engineer to develop and implement quality plans for environmental control and clean‑room monitoring. The role involves mentoring contamination control processes and ensuring compliance with company, customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control plans for environmental and microbiology equipment and clean rooms.
• Analyze data, prepare trends, report failures, and generate deviations related to environmental or microbiology issues.
• Audit quality systems for contamination control deficiencies and ensure corrective actions meet standards.
• Support plant Quality System software validation and participate in FDA quality audits.
• Provide support to Safety, Health and Environment (EHS) programs to promote a zero‑accident culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in microbiology, related science or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in quality assurance, environmental control or microbiology.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and CAPA processes.
• Ability to mentor and guide contamination control processes.
