Proposal Manager – Presales (Remote)

About the role

As a Proposal Manager, Presales you will own the end‑to‑end development of client‑facing proposals for custom software development and IT professional services, turning discovery conversations and internal inputs into coherent, winning documents.

Key responsibilities

• Lead proposals from intake through submission, including RFP, RFQ, RFI and security questionnaire responses.
• Plan response workflows, coordinate contributors, manage review cycles and ensure timely delivery.
• Write executive summaries, client understanding sections and craft the overall narrative.
• Assemble technical, delivery, security and commercial content into a single, consistent document.
• Maintain vendor registrations, security questionnaire responses and standing documentation.
• Own the reusable proposal content library, case studies, capability presentations and client references.
• Provide effort and feasibility inputs for bid/no‑bid decisions and gather pricing validation.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience owning client‑facing proposals for software development or technology services.
• Experience with nearshore/offshore delivery models and RFx response processes.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent responses.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Upper‑intermediate written English proficiency.
