Project Specialist – Global Properties

About the role

World Vision is seeking a Project Specialist to support its Global Properties team. The role focuses on optimizing the organization’s real‑estate portfolio across Latin America, improving operational efficiency and contributing to cost‑reduction initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Global Lease and Project Management Manager and the Design, Construction & Workplace Solutions Manager in implementing real‑estate projects.
• Collect, validate and maintain portfolio data (occupancy, space utilization, lease information) from country offices.
• Monitor project milestones, action items and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and update dashboards, portfolio trackers, project reports and executive summaries.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, governance records and workflow processes.
• Identify process inefficiencies, reporting gaps and implementation risks, and propose improvements.
• Support the development and rollout of reporting standards and workflow enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in coordinating real‑estate or property‑related projects.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail for data validation and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with multiple country offices and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multi‑country environment.
