Project Manager / PMO Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO Lead to drive strategic initiatives, strengthen project governance, and ensure cross‑functional execution across the organization. The role will manage executive‑level projects, administer the Jira platform, support portfolio management, and guarantee delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee executive and strategic projects across the organization.
• Facilitate project status meetings, kick‑offs, planning sessions, and cross‑functional coordination.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert and primary administrator for Jira, handling user onboarding, training, permissions, workflows, and platform configurations.
• Define and maintain Jira Service Management processes, Service Desk workflows, SLAs, and project boards.
• Lead special cross‑functional strategic initiatives, defining plans, milestones, success metrics, and governance.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Program Management.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
