Project Engineer III

About the role

Integer is seeking a Project Engineer III to lead and coordinate engineering activities within moderate‑scope projects. The role blends technical expertise with project management, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards while fostering collaboration across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to Integer’s values and all safety, environmental, security, and quality requirements, including FDA regulations and company policies.
• Interact with all organizational levels to ensure procedures and processes are correctly implemented.
• Plan, organize, and manage project tasks and staff as appropriate.
• Function as a fully competent engineer in the assigned functional area.
• Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for moderate‑scope projects.
• Perform assignments independently, receiving only general guidance.
• Develop new approaches to solve engineering problems.
• Investigate, develop, and implement new process technologies of moderate scope.
• Perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team activities and act as a coach.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
