Production Team Leader – Manufacturing

About the role

Arjo is looking for a Production Team Leader to join its manufacturing site in Bajos de Haina, San Cristóbal. You will be responsible for guiding a production crew, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, and supporting the company’s mission to improve mobility for patients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of production operators on daily tasks.
• Monitor and optimise manufacturing processes to meet quality and efficiency targets.
• Calculate material consumption and manage inventory usage.
• Maintain accurate production records using computer systems.
• Coordinate shift schedules (Shift A: 7 am‑4 pm or Shift B: 4 pm‑1 am) and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• High‑school diploma (Bachiller) or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to instruct and lead a team.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Availability to work either Shift A or Shift B.
