Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting the team in meeting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations for all employees.
• Read and apply specifications, blueprints, MAI, DMR, and work orders.
• Adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and maintain product quality.
• Prepare material requisitions and record material consumption in the ERP system.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Suggest changes to working conditions and equipment use to boost efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve work‑related problems and follow up on solutions.
• Motivate employees to achieve objectives and maintain accurate time and production records.

Required profile

• High school diploma.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices.
• Strong focus on productivity, goal achievement, and operational metrics.
• Proven leadership and supervision abilities.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience using an ERP system for material tracking.
