About the role

The Production Supervisor I will coordinate daily activities of a production team to ensure manufacturing runs on schedule, meets volume, cost, waste and quality targets, and complies with safety standards. This position works the B shift from 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate the day‑to‑day tasks of production workers to meet established specifications and schedules.
  • Monitor output volume and product quality, adjusting tasks, timing, equipment set‑up, or inputs as needed.
  • Supervise staff to guarantee safe operation of all machines and equipment.
  • Train new employees on operating procedures and organizational standards.
  • Maintain department safety and oversee training activities.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned regularly by the supervisor.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or at least 90 % of the curriculum completed.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant production or supervisory experience.
  • Bilingual ability in Spanish and English is preferred.
