About the role
The restaurant is seeking a Production Cook specialized in Mexican cuisine to join its kitchen team in the Distrito Nacional. The role involves preparing authentic Mexican dishes in a fast‑paced environment while supporting the overall food production flow.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and plate Mexican menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work station and kitchen equipment.
- Assist with inventory checks, ingredient preparation, and stock rotation.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- Collaborate with chefs and fellow staff to ensure smooth service during peak periods.
Required profile
- Proven experience working in Mexican‑style restaurants.
- Residency in the Distrito Nacional.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
