Product Manager

About the role

Kiwi is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product initiatives that sit at the intersection of customer experience, business goals, risk, compliance, and operations. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of initiatives, from discovery through launch and post‑launch measurement, working closely with Design, Engineering and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned product initiatives: set priorities, define scope, make trade‑offs and evaluate results.
• Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, feedback and stakeholder conversations.
• Define problems, desired outcomes and success metrics before moving to solution design.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide development through launch.
• Align Risk, Compliance, Operations and Data teams on decisions and measure post‑launch performance to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager delivering initiatives from discovery to measurement.
• Strong product judgment with the ability to analyze ambiguous problems, evaluate options and explain decisions.
• Experience working with Engineering and Design on digital products involving complex processes and integrations.
• Ability to combine data, research and customer feedback when making product decisions.
• Clear communication skills and autonomy to drive initiatives, resolve blockers and adjust course as needed.
