Product Manager – Caribbean Region

About the role

Midea LATAM North is seeking a Product Manager for the Caribbean region to lead product strategy, portfolio optimization, and commercial execution across multiple markets. The role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and regional teams to ensure the product range remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with local customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the Caribbean product portfolio, including launch, phase‑in, and phase‑out planning.
• Analyze sales performance, inventory, margins, pricing, and SKU effectiveness.
• Conduct competitive benchmarking by country, category, and channel.
• Recommend pricing adjustments, portfolio mix strategies, and commercial actions.
• Support commercial negotiations with product data, pricing analysis, and profitability assessments.
• Prepare executive presentations for customers, distributors, and senior management.
• Monitor forecasts, demand, inventory levels, and market opportunities.
• Visit markets, customers, distributors, and points of sale as required.
• Identify and mitigate commercial, technical, regulatory, and competitive risks.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills in a regional environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business judgment.
• Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple countries simultaneously.
• Proven experience in product, category, trade, or commercial management.
• Experience analyzing pricing, margins, inventory, and market dynamics.
• Willingness to travel across the assigned Caribbean markets.
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English; French or Portuguese a plus.
• Valid U.S. visa.
