Process Engineer

About the role

The Process Engineer will lead the analysis, design and improvement of operational processes to standardize activities across the company. You will work closely with production teams, external facilities and training groups to ensure efficient, high‑quality manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Survey, document and analyze existing processes to detect needs and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement process improvements, including line rebalancing and equipment adaptation.
• Perform testing throughout production phases, establish controls, and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead training programs on Lean tools using standard materials.
• Develop and maintain process monitoring controls, reports, and cost‑reduction actions.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools such as 5S, DMAIC, Kaizen, VSM, Poka‑Yoke, FMEA and SPC.
• Support external facilities and ensure consistent process standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronics or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in process engineering or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, Kanban, Six Sigma and ERP systems.
• Preferred PLC knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team, supervise personnel and produce detailed documentation.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with statistical process control.
• Willingness to travel; an American visa is required.
