About the role
Aqua Gulf, a 3PL service provider serving Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and beyond, is hiring a full-time on-site Pricing Analyst in Santo Domingo. The role covers rate quotes, service proposals and carrier rates within the logistics and supply chain business.
Key responsibilities
- Process rate quotes received from customers
- Send service proposals
- File non-SVC rates with carriers
- Audit rates applied by vendor partners to ensure they are appropriate
- Interact with customers to support quotes and identify additional opportunities to meet their needs
Required profile
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written
- Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry is a plus
Required skills
- Excellent customer support and customer satisfaction skills
- Strong customer experience skills
- Experience maintaining phone etiquette
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
