Powerpoint Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a remote PowerPoint Specialist to design and execute realistic, complex business tasks using Microsoft Office tools. The role involves close collaboration with a large language model (LLM) to create, edit, and evaluate Office Open XML files, primarily .pptx formats.

Key responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic business scenarios that mimic Fortune 500 environments.
• Collaborate with an LLM to discuss, edit, and generate Office Open XML documents.
• Assess two LLM‑generated deliverables per task turn and select the most accurate result.
• Create prompts and tasks that would normally require multi‑hour effort without AI assistance.
• Conduct structured four‑turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of real‑world business documents.
• Provide expertise across reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing for various industries and functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top‑tier consultancies.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with significant exposure to Excel and Word.
• Proven track record in finance, healthcare, consulting, technology, or retail sectors.
• Ability to develop realistic business scenarios and executive‑level presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, capable of delivering clear, actionable feedback.
• Prior experience with LLMs or AI‑powered tools is highly desirable.
