Key responsibilities

• Administer payroll to the highest standard: manage hotel payroll in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee payroll data management: supervise team member vacation accruals, deductions, hours, and wage reporting to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver accurate payroll reporting: ensure timely and precise federal and state payroll reports, while supporting payroll forecasting efforts.
• Inspire and develop the team: supervise, coach, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
