About the role

Deinsa Global’s internal agency, La Plaza Digital, is looking for a high‑performing student or recent graduate to join its Media and Design team as an intern. The role will support the creation, automation and execution of digital marketing campaigns for the DELPHOS platform, working closely with design, content and analytics teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch digital marketing campaigns aligned with DELPHOS advertising and commercial strategies to expand the company’s presence in Latin America and international markets.
• Write advertising copy, value‑added posts, commercial presentations and explanatory material that showcase technological solutions, benefits and risk‑mitigation features.
• Coordinate, design and produce automated strategic content, technical proposals and quotations for the company website, platforms and corporate social media.
• Ensure all activities comply with the organization’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist the team lead with any additional tasks that contribute to the achievement of project objectives.

Required profile

• Studies in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, Web Design, Communication, or related fields with an emphasis on audiovisual editing and production.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding and project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
• Experience using Canva, Figma and motion‑graphics tools.
• Video editing and audiovisual content creation.
