Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are looking for an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our AI‑powered security platform team. Working remotely from anywhere in Latin America, you will drive prospecting activities, engage decision‑makers in the security‑service industry and schedule qualified demos for our sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound cold and warm calls to B2B prospects in the security systems service market.
• Identify and qualify key decision‑makers such as Operations Managers, Service Directors and Owners.
• Deliver a clear value proposition of our SaaS platform and book high‑quality meetings and product demonstrations.
• Navigate gatekeepers and handle objections to secure appointments.
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes and meeting schedules in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• Based in Latin America with native‑level English speaking ability.
• Minimum five years of proven B2B outbound phone sales or telemarketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Self‑motivated, resilient, target‑driven and comfortable handling high call volumes.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
